Once a king infamous for waging bloodthirsty campaigns, Asterion was exiled to the depths of the dungeon for his crimes. Here he lurks in his tattered finery, dreaming of a new kingdom. In his lust for power, the minotaur king turned to the worship of Makhleb, and Makhleb has rewarded him with horrifying destructive might.

The Species, Background, and God choices are all mandatory. You must be worshipping one of the gods listed above before entering Lair, Orc, or Depths, unless this isn't possible in which case you must worship them as soon as you can. Don't do anything to lose your religion, and don't use faded altars (except for challenges when you can follow any god).
Don't use any two-handed weapons. One-handed ranged weapons and throwing weapons are allowed.
Don't wear any boots.
Train fighting to at least skill level 21.
Conducts are worth +5 points each, to a maximum of half your score from milestones, rounded down. (So if you achieve 4 milestones (20 points) you can earn up to 10 points from conduct bonuses.) Please indicate which conducts you qualify for when you post your morgue. Small mistakes in following conducts will usually be forgiven.
Play as a Skald. Have Spectral Weapon usable from the time you enter Lair/Orc/Depths, and the potential to make regular use of it. (This is a very fuzzy rule, because quantifying or enforcing it isn't really practical. Basically at least have the option to use your spells, instead of just ignoring them and going to the heaviest armour you can find.)
You must get at least one rune to earn the star for this challenge.
Win the game after fully exploring the first floor of each Hell branch. (You don't have to fly over deep water or lava, in Cocytus or Gehenna respectively.)
Bonus challenges are worth one star each, similar to banners in Crawl tournaments. Please indicate challenges that you qualify for. Small mistakes will usually be forgiven.
The main way to score points. +5 points each, and can be done in any order. (You don't need to tell me which milestones you achieve.)
